How long does it take to create my website?

Once we have all the necessary information, your one-page website can be live within 3-5 business days.

What does the $47/month fee include?

The $47 per month fee covers:

Website/landing page hosting
The website design
Future one-page website redesign every 36 months, if you stay connected to our plan for 36 consecutive months.
Training videos on how to use the Lokal software, and make edits to your website/landing page.

Our $47 plan doesn't include any ongoing website maintenance. You can request website maintenance (such as editing photos, or text) by contacing [email protected] - website maintenance work orders are billed at $97 USD per hour.

Is the CRM included in my plan?

The CRM, and all of it's features are only available in the "Pro Plan", which costs $97 per month. On the Website only plan, you will get you one-page website, website access, and a custom website chat widget to convert more customers. You can upgrade to the pro plan at anytime.

Is there an end date to the $47/month fee?

This is a perpetual fee, paid via direct debit monthly for the duration you would like to keep your website live.

What if I already have a website?

If you already have a website, we will transfer the your domain across to your new Lokal site, and your new Lokal site will appear under your domain name. Once transferred, we recommend cancelling your previous website supplier, just incase you have any unexpected fees from them.

What happens if I need to make changes to the website?

All subscribers have access to their website, and are free to make alterations as they see fit.

What does "template design" mean

Our designs are templated, which means you are given several design options to choose from, and then during the build we customise the images, logos, and colours to make it unique to your business.

If your websites are templated, does that mean a competitor could have the same design as me?

This is a common question, theoretically they could have the same design. However, all of our templates when published have your logo, text, imagery and color palette. So in reality, two websites of the same theme will look very different.

Can you make a custom website?

Yes, our custom one-page websites start from $997 USD, and then $47 per month thereafter. Please contact us at [email protected] for more information on a custom solution.

What happens if I stop paying my monthly subscription?

If your billing fails for any reason, your account will stay with Lokal, however you will need to update/fix your billing in order to access your account. After a period of 60 days of unsuccessful payments, your website on Lokal will be unpublished. You will be able to reactivate it by resubscribing, and contacting our team at [email protected]

Do you offer refunds?

We don't offer refunds, payments are automatically debited monthly, you are billed monthly for usage of the website without any upfront costs.

Are there any extra costs?

On our $47 website only plan, there are no additional costs. On our pro plans which include our CRM, other costs for SMS & email will apply.

How do I cancel my account?

Simply log in to your account, go to your account settings, and click 'cancel' my account. Canceling your account will un publish your website.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?

You're not locked into a fixed agreement with Lokal. However if you decide to cancel your Lokal subscription, your website will be unpublished, and no longer searchable on the internet.

Do I need to pay a website build cost?

No, there’s absolutely no build cost. You only pay the fixed monthly fee of $47 USD. Once your subscription starts we aim to have your website to you in 3 business days.

Can I transfer my website to another provide, like Wix, Highlevel or Wordpress

Unfortunately our system does not allow for transferring websites out out of your Lokal account to another provider. Transferring or sharing your Lokal template to another Highlevel account is against our terms of service.
